He was predeceased by: his parents, James Frizzell and Ruth Rickman Frizzell; his wife Patricia Griffin Frizzell; his son David Frizzell; and his granddaughter Courtney Frizzell.

He is survived by: his children, Tamara Frizzell of Canton, Tommy Lee Frizzell (Ellen) of Canton and Darrell Frizzell of Canton; and his grandchildren, Jacinda, Timothy, Cody, Danielle, Caroline, Josh, Nikki, Ebb and Nancy. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and many friends.
