She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Edward and Vivian Caldwell Summey; her former husband Ralph McCurry; her husband Carl Jones; and her siblings, Mick Summey, Don Milner and Edwina Clark.
She is survived by: her sons, Eddie McCurry (Kathy) of Fletcher and Danny Jones (Sheila) of Clyde; and her grandchildren, Cole McCurry (Braedy), Katie Fournier (Andrew), Blake Jones (Jessica) and Jessica Smith (John). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to West Canton Baptist Church Maintenance Fund, 75 Lowe Street, Canton, NC 28716.
