He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Elwood Shook, Sr. and Odell Rogers Shook; and his brothers, Howard Wayne Shook, Morris and E. Shook.
He is survived by: his wife Libby Mann Shook of Canton; his grandchildren, Maggie Shook and Carter Shook; his sister Hiawatha McKinnish of Canton; his sisters-in-law, Ruth Shook of Canton and Margie Shook of Canton; and his friend Bill Holbrook. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
