He is survived by: his children, Debbie Allen (Van) of Canton, Donna Stamey (Greg) of Canton and James "Jim" Clark Jr. (Greta) of Morristown, TN; his son-in-law Kent Ingrum; his brother Bob Clark (Barbara); his sibling's children, Michael, Richard Clark and Jody Leber; his great grandchildren, Kendall, Abi Williams, Savannah, Peyton Carr, Lily Phillips and Levi Roberts; and his friend Morgan.
