He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph John and Annie Kuchynski Kazek; and his son James Joseph Kazek. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Rosalie Ditter Kazek; his daughters, Karoline Kazek Paxton (Kenneth) of Canton and Katherine Kazek Baker (Richard) of Ocala, Florida; his daughter-in-law Michelle Kazek; and his sister Jo Ann Kazek Bailey (Larry). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
