He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred Dillard and Bonnie Mae Scott Hall; his daughter Katrina Marie Hall Parrott; his sister Shirley Hall Fish; his daughter Kimberly Hall Howell (Keith) of Minot; his sister Nancy Hall Watson of Canton; his grandchildren, Nicole Powell Jamison (Matthew) and Brent Powell of Canton; and his great grandchildren, Anna, Cameron Powell and Connor Jamison. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
