We are sad to announce that on April 28, 2020, at the age of 88, Joyce Harkins (Canton, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Singleton and Mary Chambers Singleton; her husband Dewey Harkins; and her son Donald Bruce Harkins. She is survived by: her daughter Judy Russell (David) of Waynesville.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethel Community Cemetery Maintenance Fund, 154 Kelly Springs Road, Waynesville, NC 28786.
