It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Max Delano Fisher (Canton, North Carolina), who passed away on October 17, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Fisher and Birdie Blaine Fisher; his wife Lorna Cagle Fisher; and his sisters, Martha Strickland and Christine Dunevant.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Josie Rathbone, Brian Rathbone, Morgan Anderson and Macy Fisher; his great grandchildren, Brianna, Sawyer and Bennett Rathbone; and his siblings, Francis Monteith (Mickey), Kay "Red" Fisher (Karen), Don Fisher (Norma), Gerald Fisher (Alice), Edna Reece (Randy) and Gail Mull (Doug).
Facial masks and COVID-19 regulations will be observed.
