It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michele Lee of Canton, North Carolina, born in Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on July 2, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Archur, Sr. Estes and Doris Emma Jane Estes; her husband Perry Reeves Lee; and her siblings, Betty Ann Estes, Gloria Ackerman, Clara Jane Lay, Archur R. Estes, Jr., David P. Estes and Charles Estes (Chuck).
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherri Scalf of Williamsburg, Patricia Cox of Canton and Emma Reeves of Hendersonville; her stepdaughter Cynthia Mullis; her son Robert Corley (Kevin) of Hendersonville; her siblings, Barbara Furgeson, Patricia Creviston, Linda Reeves, Eileen DiBartolomeo, Ruthie Estes, Connie Estes, Doreen Stumpf and Roger Estes; and her grandchildren, Curtis Scalf, Lloyd Scalf, Timothy Scalf, Kayla Cox, Karla Cox, Amber Cox, Aaron Cox, Jacob Seay and Anthony Fuqua. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
