He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Coolidge Thomas and Dorothy Bernice Mills Conley; his stepfather Joe Conley; and his grandparents, Lelia Mills and Gus Mills.
He is survived by: his children, Leila Mills of Virginia Beach, VA and Josiah Mills of Virginia Beach, VA; his sisters, Julia Ann Hicks of Westminster, CO, Vera Mills Wilson (Leroy Wilson) of Canton and Nancy Mills of Canton; his child Tracy Mills of Virginia Beach, VA; and his cousins, Janice Martin of Myrtle Beach, SC, Randy McDowell (Tammy) of Canton, William McDowell (Gladys Knight) of Las Vegas, NV and Jeanette McDowell of Allentown, PA. He is also survived by special friends and "Best Bud", Charles "Wint" Bryson of Canton, and special friend, Wanda Conley Walker of Canton; and also a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
