Ruby Devlin Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Devlin (Canton, North Carolina), who passed away on September 22, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Smathers and Louella Sanford Smathers; her husband Charles Clifford Devlin; and her brother Willie Roe Smathers. She is survived by: her daughters, Ruby Charlene McElroy (John) of Canton and Peggy Darlene Barrett (Michael) of Canton; and her siblings, Hilda Juanita Pinkerton of Canton, Mildred Webb of Canton and Melvin Smathers of Spartanburg. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
