He was predeceased by: his parent Lloyd Gus; his wife Betty Calvin Cody; and his sister Mildred Lucille Cody Allison. He is survived by: his parent Leona Stamey Cody; his sons, David Michael Cody (Kathy) and Sam Calvin Cody (Sandy); his grandsons, David Mark Cody (Rebecca) and Christopher Andrew Cody (Oksana); and his great grandchildren, Michaela Benton and Carrie Katherine Cody.
