He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Lee and Thomasine Gibson Eckenrod; and his brother Randall Eckenrod. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Holcombe Eckenrod; his daughters, Gail Stevens (Dana) of Clearwater and Autumn Willett (Ben) of Waynesville; his siblings, Jamie Davis of Canton, Tina Price of Canton and Keith Eckenrod of Canton; and his granddaughter Emily Stevens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 100 Counsel Place, Waynesville, NC 28786.
