He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Thelma Biddix. He is survived by: his fiancée Madison Campbell; his parents, Melissa "Missy" Fish Creson (Perry) and Larry "Doug" Mintz (Teresa); his grandparents, Jeff Fish Sr., Deborah Crowe and Jean Mintz; his siblings, Austin Fish (Tenicia Parton), Luke Creson, Hunter Mintz and Desiree Mintz; and his close friend Dakota Bradshaw. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
