He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father William Alexander McEntire, Sr.; his wife Gail McEntire; his stepfathers, John Ezell and Harry Tisdale; his mother Aileen Rodgers Ezell of Canton; and his brothers, Rodger McEntire (Suzanne) of Waynesville and John B. McEntire of Canton. He was also cherished by one step-sister; several nieces and nephews and many cousins.
