He is survived by: his children, Katie Rineer (Daryl) of Pequea, PA and Brian O'Toole of New York, NY; his mother Joan O'Toole of Hope Mills; his sister Karen O'Toole of Hope Mills; and his significant other Katina Madruga of Hope Mills.
