She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Ragan and Edna Ragan; and her siblings, Curtis Ragan, Jerry Wayne Ragan and Janice Mullen (David Russell Sr.).

She is survived by : her sons, David Russell Jr., Tim Russell and Sonny Russell; her daughters-in-law, Christy Russell and Shannon Russell; her grandchildren, Weston Russell, Brooke Russell, Raegan Russell, Alyssa Russell and Mylie Russell; and her great grandchild Haven Ray Casteen.
