She is survived by: her mother Sharon Elizabeth Shorter-Bridges; her husband Robin Whitley Hood, II; her significant other Hershey of Carolina Beach; her father Joseph Stephen Bridges of Wilmington; and her brother Matthew Stephen Shorter-Bridges of Wilmington. She is also survived by five nephews and two nieces.
