She is survived by: her children, Pamela Churchill of Jacksonville, NC and Leroy "Jim" Churchill; her daughter-in-law Lisa of Lakeland, FL.; her grandchildren, Paige Vaughan (Brock), Kenneth Churchill (Megan) and Alicia Brandt (Bernie); and her great grandchildren, Parker, Audrey, Savannah Vaughan, Loki, Oliver Churchill and Ezra Brandt.
