He is survived by : his wife Kay Clark Johnson; his children, Douglas Ray Johnson, III (Melody), David Wayne Johnson (Susan), John Michael Johnson (Meredith), Darlene Kay Johnson, Patricia Johnson Pullin (Kenneth) and Lee Anne Johnson Ford (Ron); and his brothers, Donald Leon Johnson, James Everett Johnson, Dan Eugene Johnson and Carl Lee Johnson. He is also survived by his 20 grandchildren, 40 great – grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
