He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Neil and Lucy Mae Nall McNeill; his daughter Carol Denise McNeill; and his siblings, Darrell McNeill, Sylvia Jean McNeill and Linda Faye McNeill.
He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Shepley McNeill; his children, Joseph Larry McNeill, Jr. (Tish) of Norwood and Crystal Krieger (Kenny Wilkes) of Carthage; his sister Priscilla Bray of Bennett; his sister-in-law Barbara McNeill; and his grandchildren, Kristian (Wil Poplin), Devan, Hailey and Ashlyn.
