She was predeceased by : her parents, Benjamin Blalock and Minnie Lou Loftis McKinney; and her husband William B. Hulsey, Jr.. She is survived by : her children, Joan Robinson (Joe) of Carthage, Carol Priest (Tim) of Carthage and Billy Hulsey (Teresita) of Carthage. She is also survived by four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
