He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Price and Ruby Price (Privett); and his siblings, Earl Perry and Betty Parrish. He is survived by: his wife Mary Katherine "Kay" Henderson Price of Cary; his daughters, Deanna Price King (Bradley) and Angela Lynn Crandall; his grandchildren, Chandler King Venditti (Nick) and Ethan Crandall; his great grandchild Fallon Birdie Venditti; his siblings, Robert A. Perry (Beverly) and Barbara Price Saulnier; and his pet Molly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
