With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jessie Washington Price Jr. (Cary, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 15, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Price and Ruby Price (Privett); and his siblings, Earl Perry and Betty Parrish. He is survived by: his wife Mary Katherine "Kay" Henderson Price of Cary; his daughters, Deanna Price King (Bradley) and Angela Lynn Crandall; his grandchildren, Chandler King Venditti (Nick) and Ethan Crandall; his great grandchild Fallon Birdie Venditti; his siblings, Robert A. Perry (Beverly) and Barbara Price Saulnier; and his pet Molly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ephesus Baptist Church (6767 Hillsborough St, Raleigh, NC 27606). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
