He is survived by : his wife Margaret Richardson; his children, Cynthia Richardson of Castalia, NC, Michelle Richardson-Lee (Ronald) of Rocky Mount, NC and Kenneth Richardson (Jacqueline) of Whitakers, NC; and his siblings, Ida Jean Boone of Philadelphia, PA and Lee Evans of Glasboro, NJ. He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
