It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosie Vandenberg of Castalia, North Carolina, who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Floyd and Edith Inez Gupton Griffin; and her brothers, Brent and Tommie Griffin. She is survived by : her husband Charles Van Vandenberg; her brother Floyd McDonald "Donnie" Griffin (Nancy); her brothers-in-law, Mario Moreno and Patrick Gardner; her close friend Margaret Murphy Avent; and her nephew Brad Griffin (Dana). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins and many friends.
