He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Billy Fleming, Sr. and Pansy Lee Brown Fleming; his son Ricky Seagle; and his brother Bobby Fliming. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lane Fleming; his daughters, Billieann Fleming, Regina Peeler (Rick) of Newton, Susie Beard (Charles) of Lenoir, Tracy Hamby (Keith) of Hickory and Marie Peeler (Danny) of Granite Falls; and his brothers, Garrett Fleming and David Fleming. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
