She is survived by: her parent Violet "Rene" Sigmon Settlemyre; her children, Dolores Cook (Gary) of Dallas, NC, Kimberly Price (Phillip) of Vale and Michael Burgess (Jane) of Newton, NC; her sister Phyllis S. Taylor of Conover; her husband Arthur Miller Burgess; her children, Robin Burgess and Ronald Burgess; her sister Shirley Settlemyre; and her great grandchildren, Payton Burgess and Kolby Burgess.
