With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Carrigan Kirksey in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on January 9, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Franklin Carrigan and Sadie Little Carrigan; her husband James Kirksey; and her brother Lee Roy Carrigan. She is survived by : her sons, Rickie Carrigan (Barbara) and Terry Williams (Tracy); her stepdaughters, Susie Witt (Michael) and Peggi Mitchell; her grandchildren, Cole, Lexi Carrigan and Emily Matthews; her sister Glenda Mecimore; her stepgrandchildren, John Matheson, Jennifer Matthews, Alex Witt (Noelle) and Nikki Witt; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Millicent Dean and Greyson Witt; her sister-in-law Daphne Carrigan; and her nieces, Angela Mecimore and Cynthia Mecimore.
