Cook in Catawba, North Carolina, born in Cleveland, North Carolina, who passed away on January 22, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Jasper Cooke. He is survived by: his mother Clara Nell Davis Cooke of Vale; his wife Sheila Bivens Cook; his children, Chrystal Cook Price (Derek) of Granite Falls and Steven Cook of Hickory; his granddaughter Ashlyn Price; his siblings, Ronnie Cooke (Janet) of Vale, Ricky Cooke of Lincolnton and Carolyn Cook (Arnold) of Vale; and his brother-in-law Ricky Bivens (Cindy) of Hickory. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
