He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Rollins Byrd (Zachary Lee Byrd Jr.); his grandson Brandon Byrd of Raleigh; his son Barry Daniel Rollins (Maria Rollins) of Durham; his siblings, Pat Burgin, Teri Newsome, Evanell Alexander, Danny Rollins, Mike Rollins and James Carol Radford; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Walker (Carl) of Black Mountain.
