Helga Margarete Horton Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 19, 2019, Helga Margarete Horton (Chapel Hill, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Christina and Hans Wirsing of Bamburg; her husband JT Horton; her siblings, Gunter Wirsing and Rosie Pagar of Germany; her sons, Randy (Cathy), Robert (Pat) and Norman (Cynthia); her grandchildren, Lou Horton, Brooke Springle (Robert), Cole Horton, Michael Horton, Brian Cates, Blake Montero and Jordan Springle; her brothers, Norbert Wirsing and Helmut Wirsing of Germany; and her siblings-in-law, Trubie "Weldon" Horton and Betty Horton C. Pittsboro.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully request that donations be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation one of the world's largest nonprofit sources of funding for the fight against breast cancer.
