He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Schweikhart and Marie Schweikhart. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ketron Schweikhart; his children, Melissa Bauserman (Mark), Mark Schweikhart (Stacy) and Doug Schweikhart (Lori); his brother Kenneth Schweikhart; his sibling's children, Kelli Houston (Robert) and Kevin Schweikhart (Velinda); his great-nephew Ryan; and his great-nieces, Katherine and Sarah. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren.
