He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Marvin Morris and Bill Blake; and his uncles, Kenneth Morris (Kenny) and Bobby Blake. He is survived by: his wife Vanessa Blake; his children, Ruby and Hunter; his parents, Ted Blake and Cindy Blake; his brother Jason Blake (Ashley); his niece Jaylee; his nephews, Dayton and Levi; his grandmothers, Ann Morris, Marie Blake and Sargent; his parents-in-law, Cindy and Michael Sakach; and his brother-in-law Ben Sakach. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles, and extended family.
