He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George Owens and Ruthann Conley; and his uncle Roger Owens. He is survived by: his pet Andy; his parents, Richard Conley and Carolyn Conley; his grandparents, Nancy Kleinbauer Owens and Richard S. Conley; his aunts, Lori Conley, Donna Waite and Kellie Conley; and his uncle Michael Waite. He is also survived by Cousins and Grand Aunts and Uncles.
