He is survived by: his children, Chris Banks, Asante Wimbush (Dean), Shakima Barber (Gary), Lavar Gilliam, Latisha Walker and Cheri Walker; his wife Sharon Gilliam; and his nieces, Bridgette McKnight and Dawn McKnight. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
