He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Albert Perry and Emma Grier Perry. He is survived by: his daughter Kim Norman Patterson; his siblings, Gregory Perry, Beverly, Patsy and Jennifer Perry; his wife Maria; his siblings, Jonathan Perry of Bronx, Kenny Perry (Zelda) of Charlotte, Ronald Perry (Vanessa) of High Point, Stephanie Hamilton (Michael) of Charlotte, Lauren Perry of New York and Lucille Black of Charlotte; his sons, Patrick Perry of Atlanta, Marcus Boyette (Susan) of Stone Mountain and Cory Perry of Charlotte; and his stepsons, Jason Harrison (Crystal) of Charlotte and Joshua Harrison (Dawn) of Durham. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
