It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alexander McRae MacDonald Jr. of Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Bennettsville, South Carolina, who passed away on May 26, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander McRae MacDonald, Sr. and Nannie McIntyre MacDonald of Dillon County, SC.. He is survived by: his girlfriend Joann Bowen Britt; his sons, Alexander M. MacDonald III (Morgan) and James Whitton MacDonald (Karen); his grandchildren, James, Austin, Riley, Randi, Findlay and Rae; and his siblings, Jackie Hendrix (Ronnie) of Myrtle, Sandra Adams (Terry) of Myrtle Beach and Richard (Janet).
