He was predeceased by: his sister Jane Revis of Asheville. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Mark, Natalie, Nadine Smith (Brian) and Kris (Susan); and his grandchildren, Sam, Andy Flynn, Megan, Melissa Smith, Liam and Evan Flynn.
