It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ellen Prall of Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Hamilton, Ohio, who passed away on June 25, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Feltman and Thelma Williams Feltman; her husband John Prall; and her sister Judy Feltman. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Whisnant (Jeff) of Charlotte and J. Andrew Prall (Jennifer) of Austin; and her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Emily Whisnant, Edward and John Andrew Prall VII. She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, and pets.
