He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Springs; his adoptive son Damon Jackson; his grandchildren, William Springs, Kimberly Goodall (Shaun), Tywan Springs, Tiffany Springs and Emani Jones; his sister Mildred Ingram; his nieces and nephews, Debbie Springs Woodson, Geraldine Springs, Gregory Smith and Very; and his friend Carrie Kennedy. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
