It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Berner Thomassen (Charlotte, North Carolina), who passed away on June 5, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Harriet Thomassen; and his children, Elayn Alterman, Joanne Potter, Grace Marotti and Harry Thomassen.

In lieu of flowers, donations could be sent to Pleasant Hills Children's Home, P.O. Box 1177, Fairfield, TX 75840.
