It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Levin in Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on November 10, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Zacharias Hirsch and May Schear Hirsch; her husband John Harold Levin; her brother David Samuel Hirsch; and her cousin Shirlee Schear Kling of Boca Raton.
She is survived by: her children, Myles Andrew Levin (Loretta) of Evanston, Jonathan Paul Levin (Kyle) of Charlotte, Amy Jane Levin of Chicago and Samuel Alex Levin (Carolyn) of Port Washington; and her grandchildren, Bess Anne Levin, MD, Peter Charles Levin of Chicago, Martha Louise Levin of San Francisco, Benjamin Zachary Levin, Matthew Louis Levin of Asheville, Emma Lilly Levin and Jaime Lara Levin of New Haven, Connecticut..
