We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2020, Betty Rhinehardt of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Moody Nixon and Bessie Hill Nixon of Denver, NC.; her brothers, Fred Nixon and James Nixon; and her brother-in-law Charles Shipp.

She is survived by: her husband James Rhinehardt; her children, Franklin Rhinehardt (Erica) of Charlotte, NC, Nethea Rhinehardt of Boynton Beach, FL, Tory Rhinehardt Ewing (Paul) of Concord, NC and Ashley Rhinehardt Sarratt (Bryant) of San Antonio, TX; her grandchildren, Christian, Cameron Rhinehardt and Olivia Sarratt; her siblings, Gracie Nixon Barnes (Rayford), Radiant Nixon Shipp, Dr. Linda Nixon Hudson (Randolph) and Calvin Nixon (Vada); and her sisters-in-law, Florence Nixon and Linda Nixon.
