She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey McBride Sherrill and Ruby Vera Garrison Sherrill; and her siblings, Gene Sherrill and Barbara Sherrill Holland. She is survived by: her children, B. Paulette Sigmon Assey (late Philip), Lawrence M. Sigmon (Amy) and Anne Sigmon Del Tufo (Wayne); her grandchildren, Dr. Kristin West (Cameron), Dr. Alexa Hornik (Kevin), Patricia Sigmon and J. T. Del Tufo; and her great grandchildren, Luke West, Tate West and Lily Harper Hornik.
