We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2021, at the age of 92, Bobby Frank Davis of Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Gastonia, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Columbus Gifford and Era Ethyl Wilson Davis; his wife Mary Elizabeth Davis; and his siblings, Lawrence Columbus "Crash" Davis, James Hudson "Hut" Davis, Albert Anderson "Toad" Davis, Era Verdelle Davis Waldron and Marie Helen Davis Blynt.
He is survived by: his daughter Dr. Melanie Davis Spencer (Frank Clark Spencer) of Charlotte; his grandchildren, Mary Alyce "Aly" Spencer (Brian Zakutansky) of New York and Frank "Clark" Spencer, Jr. (Jenifer Gobie) of Charlotte; and his great grandchildren, Samuel Hudson, Emmett Franklin and Serena Laura.
Gifts in lieu of Flowers may be made to Selwyn Avenue Presbyterian Church, Hospice and Palliative Care Charlotte Region, or Montreat Conference Center.
