She was predeceased by: her parents, George Melick and Esther Melick (Udall); her former husband Bloomsburg Attorney; and her son Douglas A. Derr. She is survived by: her husband Dale; her daughters, Kathryn (William Kohler) and Holly (Richard Lunn); and her grandchildren, Megan Kohler, Kevin Kohler (Anna), Amanda Lunn (Marco Sulsenti) and Christopher Lunn.
