It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Bradley Norris Jr. of Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on March 8, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Norris and Ernestine Stout Norris; and his brothers, William Lazar Norris and Walter Randolph Norris. He is survived by: his wife Patrica Benthin Norris; his daughter Lisa Michelle Norris; his siblings, Sally Anne Norris, Edward Stephen Norris, Thomas Ashton Norris and John Joseph Norris; and his cousin James Collins Chandler. He is also survived by several nieces and great nieces.
