He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Mace and Ada Mace; and his sister Paula Sanders. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Mace; his daughters, Lindsey Avant (Kevin) of Charlotte, N. C. and Kelsey Mace of Austin, Texas; and his granddaughter Everly Avant. He is also survived by two brothers and two sisters, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
