She was predeceased by: her parent Johnnie Delmar Foster; and her brother Johnnie "Butterball" Duane Foster. She is survived by: her mother Theresa Anne Fears Foster of Washington; her brother Bernard "Winky" Underhill (Amy) of Pamlico Beach; and her close friend Daniel Congleton of Charlotte. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
