Fullard Jr. (Sybil), Kevin Fullard (Trina), Terrance, Jamar Fullard and Breon Fullard; his nephew Van Smith; and his sisters, Annie Ham (Febry "May" Fullard) and Shirley Ham (Otto) of Florence, SC.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many loving relatives and friends.
